Meng Ngy Khov has demonstrated a success track record in leadership and innovative technologies with over 25 years international business management throughout the Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Khov served as the founding Director and Vice Chairman of the Cambodian Mekong Bank (CMB).
In 1998, opened the first credit card processing center with VISA in Cambodia. He is the Former Director of the Regency Co., Ltd/INTERCONTINENTAL Hotel in Phnom Penh, the current co-owner and executive member of the TWIN TOWER construction project. His education includes, St. Joseph de Reims (école Jésuite de France), IPAG ( Ecole de commerce de Paris), the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) USA.
